The JBL Control 328C 8 in. Coaxial Ceiling Loudspeaker has been engineered to provide next-generation performance in a coaxial point source ceiling loudspeaker. It features a 200 mm (8 in) woofer with a Kevlar-reinforced cone and 50 mm (2 in) voice coil, paired with a 25 mm compression driver, delivering extraordinary clarity for speech, vocals, and music. The speaker achieves a wide 120° conical coverage, providing uniform sound over large areas, while the advanced high-slope crossover network ensures smooth and natural midrange reproduction.
With 250 W power handling and very high sensitivity, the Control 328C achieves high SPL output for demanding commercial and professional audio applications. The round metal baffle with pre-mounted driver and ported design ensures secure installation, while optional accessories like the MTC-RG6/8 round grille, MTC-SG6/8 square grille, and MTC-300BB8 backbox allow flexible installation and plenum usage. The rugged 19-gauge metal construction with zinc underplating and powder-coated finish provides durability, scratch resistance, and aesthetic appeal suitable for any decor.
