Built around JBL’s patented Differential Drive® technology, the SRX818S features a 2279H 18-inch ferrite woofer with a 3-inch voice coil for high power handling, reduced weight, low distortion, and extended low-frequency response. Its passive design allows flexible amplification options and easy integration with Crown ITech HD tunings and presets for optimal performance.

The SRX818S 18-Inch Passive Subwoofer is purposefully engineered for portability and durability. It includes a standard M20 pole cup for use with top boxes, indexed feet for standard and cardioid stacking, 4 recessed handles, and a rugged 18 mm Duraflex™ coated plywood enclosure. Powder-coated 14-gauge steel grille with acoustically transparent black cloth backing protects the transducer while maintaining clarity. Compatible accessories include the SRX818SP-CVR-DLX deluxe cover and WK-4S caster kit for easy transport and deployment.
