The Focal 300 ICA6 in-ceiling loudspeaker is designed to deliver immersive three-dimensional audio while maintaining a discreet architectural presence. One of the key features of the 300 ICA6 is its 35° angled driver design, which allows sound to be precisely directed toward the listening area. This orientation helps eliminate the common “shower effect” often experienced with standard ceiling speakers, ensuring that audio is evenly distributed throughout the room. The result is a more natural and immersive listening experience, especially in Dolby Atmos home cinema systems.

The speaker incorporates Focal’s exclusive acoustic technologies developed in France. Its 6.5″ (16.5 cm) bass-midrange driver uses the renowned Flax membrane made from French flax fiber. This eco-textile material offers an ideal combination of rigidity, lightness, and damping, producing a remarkably natural and uncolored sound with excellent detail.

High frequencies are handled by an aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter, which delivers clear, smooth, and refined treble response. Together, these components create a balanced sound signature suitable for both cinematic audio and high-quality music playback.

Installation is quick and convenient thanks to the Easy Quick Install (EQI) mounting system, which eliminates the need for screws or tools.
