DMA 162P is a professional two-channel Class-D power amplifier designed for modern installed sound and commercial audio environments. Built around a powerful DSP platform, it delivers high efficiency amplification with advanced audio processing features, making it suitable for both standalone operation and integration within multi-room systems.
The amplifier provides 2 x 160 W output power and supports 20 Hz to 20 kHz full-range frequency response, ensuring accurate and dynamic sound reproduction. Its onboard DSP includes a complete processing suite such as parametric EQ, FIR filtering, limiters, compressors, tone controls, and RCF proprietary bass enhancement. Dedicated RCF speaker presets are included to optimize system performance and maintain consistent sound quality across installations.
DMA 162P is designed for flexible system architecture. It can be used as an extension unit in combination with DMA series main units or as a standalone amplifier when equipped with RDNet control. Through RDNet integration, users can remotely configure DSP parameters, routing, and monitoring, making it suitable for large distributed audio networks.
Its compact and robust metal chassis ensures easy installation in rack or desktop setups. The amplifier supports multi-zone audio distribution via a 4-channel audio bus system over CAT5e connection, enabling scalable expansion for complex installations.
