The Crown CTD-8125 is a high-performance eight-channel Class-D amplifier designed to deliver exceptional flexibility, efficient installation, and advanced system control for professional installed audio environments. As part of the ComTech D Series, it combines powerful amplification, integrated DSP processing, Dante networking, and intelligent power management in a compact 1RU rackmount design suitable for a wide variety of commercial audio applications.

The amplifier delivers 125 watts per channel when all eight channels are driven equally. Its advanced asymmetrical power-sharing architecture allows each group of four channels to share up to 500 watts in any ratio, enabling system designers to allocate power where it is needed most. This flexible approach supports both low-impedance and constant-voltage loudspeaker systems, making the amplifier suitable for diverse installation requirements.

Integrated 24-bit DSP processing provides comprehensive loudspeaker optimization, room tuning, and custom speaker configuration capabilities. Factory JBL SpeakerTunings for selected JBL loudspeakers are included, simplifying deployment and ensuring optimized performance within HARMAN audio systems. Additional features such as pilot tone monitoring, load monitoring, and source priority switching help improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

The CTD-8125 supports Dante and AES67 network audio protocols through dual RJ45 network ports, enabling seamless integration into modern networked audio infrastructures. Configuration and management are performed through an intuitive web-based interface accessible from computers or tablets without requiring proprietary software. Native support for HARMAN HControl protocol and third-party control system integration further enhances flexibility.
