The Ecler eMOTUS8OD is the largest model in the eMOTUS outdoor speaker series, finished in black and built to deliver rich, powerful audio for demanding indoor and outdoor spaces. The cabinet houses an 8 inch woofer and a 1 inch tweeter in a 2-way full range configuration, combining Ecler’s distinctive eMOTUS design with the robust performance required for continuous outdoor use.

A durable ABS enclosure, UV-protected aluminium grille and IP65 weatherproof rating give the eMOTUS8OD reliable sound reproduction through changing weather conditions, making it suitable for bars, restaurants with patios, hotel courtyards, outdoor dining terraces, sports pavilions and private gardens. The speaker supports both low impedance and 70/100V distributed line operation, with a rear panel selector offering 60W, 30W, 15W and 7.5W taps at 100V and an additional 3.75W tap at 70V, alongside direct 8 ohm connection.

Effective frequency range extends from 65Hz to 20kHz (-10dB), giving the eMOTUS8OD enough bandwidth to reproduce music and speech content clearly without additional subwoofer support in many applications. A rubber rear cover protects the input terminals from moisture and dust, while the supplied wall bracket, safety cable and adhesive feet allow flexible mounting, whether wall-fixed, tabletop, or freestanding.
