It continues the G Series’ mission of bringing genuine studio-grade sound reproduction into the home.

The G Four is driven by two internal 90W Class-D amplifiers, delivering low-frequency response down to around 45Hz alongside the pure, uncoloured performance that is a hallmark of Genelec loudspeakers. Its raw cast aluminium Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) and integrated Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) minimise cabinet-edge diffraction and deliver a wide, accurate off-axis response, with the natural aluminium surface left unpainted.

As with the rest of the G Series, the active design removes the need for bulky external power amplifiers, since dedicated amplification for each driver is contained within the cabinet, optimised specifically for the drivers it feeds. This allows any source to be connected directly to the G Four for clean, uncompromised sound.

Simple rear-panel room compensation switches let the G Four adapt to its acoustic environment, whether placed near a wall, in a corner, or freestanding, ensuring pure and truthful sound wherever it is positioned in the room. This combination of power and refinement makes the G Four well suited to larger spaces that still demand studio-level accuracy.
