The KEF Ci130QS architectural speaker is designed for permanent installation where audio equipment needs to integrate with the room's surfaces. Its square front profile provides a defined visible outline, while the main speaker assembly fits behind the mounting surface. This arrangement allows the sound system to become part of the interior layout without occupying furniture or floor space.

The driver configuration combines a 130 mm low-frequency unit with a 19 mm high-frequency unit. The specified open-backed frequency response is 45 Hz–34 kHz at a ±6 dB tolerance, with a crossover frequency of 3.8 kHz. The Uni-Q array locates the tweeter at the acoustic centre of the bass driver, supporting a coherent presentation across the listening area.
