RCF CVR 005 Padded Protection Cover

The RCF CVR 005 is a padded protection cover for SUB 702-AS MK3. It adds a fabric layer around the compatible cabinet to help protect its exterior from scratches and incidental impacts during handling. The fitted design keeps the cover associated with the correct loudspeaker or subwoofer model within an equipment collection.

The outer layer uses 600D polyester on a PVC base, with an internal layer of 190 T taffeta fabric on a PVC base. Between the fabric layers, 10 mm foam rubber padding provides cushioning. This combination brings the exterior fabric, lining and padding together in a cover intended for repeated equipment handling.

Zip openings and Velcro fasteners provide access around the cabinet. The front panel can be opened and secured at one side with Velcro, and additional openings accommodate handles, the rear connection panel and the pole mount cap. These details keep important access points available while the cover remains fitted to the correct cabinet.

The cover is black with an embroidered grey RCF logo. Its protective role concerns the cabinet surface, while the shaped openings accommodate the intended enclosure layout. Selecting the correct model matters because cabinet dimensions, handle locations and rear-panel positions differ across loudspeaker families, even where several covers use similar fabric construction.
