Sony VPL-XW5100ES 4K Laser Projector – White
Three 0.61 inch SXRD panels produce the VPL-XW5100ES’s native 3840 × 2160 resolution. A laser diode light source delivers 2,200 lumens, while the white cabinet offers an alternative finish for a home cinema installation. Native 4K imaging reproduces fine picture information.
The XR Processor for projector integrates XR Dynamic Tone Mapping, XR Deep Black, XR Triluminos Pro and XR Clear Image. This processing analyses picture content to manage HDR brightness, reveal shadow detail and reproduce colour with controlled image processing.
The projector accepts HDR10 and HLG signals from compatible sources. Motionflow offers options for handling movement on screen. Its two HDMI inputs support HDCP 2.3, providing connections for compatible video devices within a home cinema installation.
Manual focus, zoom and lens shift allow optical alignment during setup. Installers can use the stated throw ratio to establish an appropriate screen distance. Ethernet and RS 232C connections provide interfaces for external system control. The white cabinet provides a distinct finish for the installation.
