Built around Audeze’s proprietary audio technologies, the Maxwell 2 incorporates Fluxor magnet arrays, Fazor phase management, and Uniforce diaphragms to improve efficiency and acoustic accuracy. The patent-pending SLAM acoustic management system enhances low-frequency depth and spatial detail while maintaining clarity across the audio spectrum. With support for Dolby Atmos and Tempest 3D audio, the headset provides highly immersive object-based sound positioning.
The headset supports ultra-low latency wireless audio through the included USB-C wireless dongle, delivering high-resolution 24-bit / 96 kHz playback. Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity supports Auracast, LE Audio, LDAC, AAC, SBC, and multipoint functionality for flexible wireless streaming across mobile and desktop devices. Wired USB-C digital audio and 3.5 mm TRRS analog connections are also supported.
