At the core of the 1000 ICW6 is a 6.5″ (16.5 cm) midrange/bass driver featuring Focal’s exclusive “W” cone technology. This composite diaphragm is engineered to deliver outstanding rigidity and lightness, resulting in highly accurate sound reproduction with impressive dynamics and clarity. The technology allows music and cinematic audio to be reproduced with remarkable detail and balance.

High frequencies are handled by a pure Beryllium tweeter, one of Focal’s most advanced innovations. This tweeter provides extremely precise treble reproduction with exceptional transparency and extended frequency response, allowing listeners to experience subtle details within recordings and movie soundtracks.

The mid-high stage is mounted on a swivel mechanism, allowing the sound to be precisely directed toward the listening position.
