Featuring a Flax and Beryllium driver combination, it delivers warm, precise, and highly musical sound, while its contemporary aesthetics allow seamless integration into any home or listening environment.

This speaker incorporates dual 6.5″ (16.5 cm) Flax woofers with NIC motors for tight, controlled low frequencies and a 6.5″ (16.5 cm) Flax midrange driver with TMD suspension and magnet for detailed and accurate midrange reproduction. The 27 mm (11/16″) IAL3 pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter provides clear, sparkling highs, creating a balanced, immersive soundstage that spans 35 Hz to 40 kHz (+/-3 dB) with a sensitivity of 91 dB.

Kanta N°2 employs a bass-reflex multi-cabinet design with Focal’s “Focus Time” system, ensuring all drivers are aligned at ear level for optimal listening. Matte or Black fronts are paired with Walnut HG Black Mat bodies, complemented by a molded wood rear shell, Zamak base, glass plate, and magnetic fabric holders, offering both refined acoustics and sophisticated aesthetics.
