The JBL Control 447LP, part of the premium Control 400 Series, is a two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker featuring a 6.5-inch woofer and 25 mm soft-dome tweeter. Its low-profile 142 mm deep enclosure is ideal for installations where ceiling plenum space is limited, without compromising sound quality. JBL’s proprietary conical Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI™) technology delivers consistent 120° coverage, producing smooth, clear, and uniform sound throughout the listening area. This model supports both 70V/100V multi-tap transformer connections and 8-ohm direct input. Redesigned terminal covers provide flexible top or side cable entry, while the robust captive dogear design accommodates a wide range of ceiling thicknesses, ensuring secure and repeatable installation. The included white full-face magnetic grille is paintable to blend seamlessly with modern interiors, and optional black or square grilles allow aesthetic customization.
