RCF COMPACT M 08 W 8-Inch Passive Speaker – White

RCF COMPACT M 08 W 8-Inch Passive Speaker – White

The RCF COMPACT M 08 W is a passive two-way full-range loudspeaker in white RAL 9003. Its compact enclosure is designed for multipurpose installed sound and near-field listening, where clear speech and balanced music reproduction are required. The cabinet offers a practical format for rooms that need professional audio within architectural constraints.

An eight-inch woofer works with a compression driver featuring a 1.4-inch voice coil. The wave-guided high-frequency section provides constant-directivity coverage of 90 degrees horizontally and 70 degrees vertically. The horn is rotatable, allowing its coverage arrangement to be considered alongside the chosen cabinet orientation and listening area.

Power handling is 200 W, with an 800 W peak rating and an eight-ohm nominal impedance. The frequency response extends from 60 Hz to 20 kHz at the specified minus 10 dB limits. Maximum sound pressure level is 124 dB at one metre, and system sensitivity is 95 dB.

The plywood cabinet has a steel front grille with cloth backing. Installation points are provided on the rear, top and bottom panels, while optional mounting accessories support suitable wall or ceiling arrangements. Four-pole Euroblock connections provide audio input and a parallel link output for the planned loudspeaker wiring.

The enclosure measures 442 mm high, 257 mm wide and 284 mm deep and weighs 10.5 kg. Select an appropriate external amplifier and mounting accessory for the chosen installation. The compact size, defined coverage and light finish allow this version to coordinate with brighter interiors while maintaining the verified acoustic configuration. The selected assembly should account for the dimensions of the accessory and the position of the supported equipment. Use the documented attachment sequence when establishing the final relationship between the connected components.
