The Sonus faber Olympica Nova floorstanding loudspeaker is engineered to provide a balanced combination of power, precision, and natural sound reproduction. The cabinet features Sonus faber’s signature asymmetrical lute shape, eliminating parallel walls to reduce internal reflections and improve overall enclosure performance. This design allows flexible speaker positioning, enabling users to fine-tune bass response according to room acoustics. Inspired by natural forms, the cabinet follows a spiral flow, resulting in a structurally rigid and acoustically optimized enclosure.

The integrated reflex duct is seamlessly built into the cabinet, improving airflow management while minimizing turbulence and unwanted resonance. The speaker uses a 28 mm Damped Apex Dome tweeter constructed within a die-cast aluminum structure, providing stable and accurate high-frequency performance.

The midrange driver is made from a blend of natural fibers, including cellulose pulp, Kapok, and Kenaf, delivering a smooth and natural tonal response. Both the midrange and woofers feature die-cast aluminum baskets, copper-clad aluminum voice coils, and optimized phase plugs that reduce distortion and enhance dynamic performance.
