The Canton Reference 3 White Matt is a high-performance 3-way floorstanding loudspeaker designed to provide accurate, distortion-free sound with natural spatial imaging. Its curved, edge-free cabinet ensures a modern, elegant design while creating ideal acoustic conditions for dynamic, detailed music reproduction.

The speaker uses Black Ceramic Tungsten (BCT) diaphragms in the midrange and woofers. In these diaphragms, 25% of the aluminum structure is converted to ceramic and reinforced with tungsten and other metal particles for optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and minimal resonance. The midrange driver features TCC technology to stabilize the diaphragm and reduce distortion. The bass guide allows flexible placement and delivers evenly distributed low frequencies throughout the room.

High-quality crossover components, including air coils, film capacitors, and low-loss resistors, ensure precise signal distribution across the four drivers. Two 192 mm woofers produce deep bass down to 20 Hz, the 174 mm midrange driver delivers authentic voices, and the 25 mm black aluminum oxide ceramic tweeter provides clear and detailed treble. All drivers are flush-mounted into the rounded baffle with asymmetrical waveguide rings (POM) to optimize dispersion. Acoustically neutral magnetic fabric covers protect the drivers without affecting sound quality.

The multi-layer laminate cabinet is highly rigid, and the White Matt finish provides a smooth, modern look while maintaining acoustic neutrality. WBT Nextgen binding posts allow single, bi-wiring, and bi-amping operation, and high-quality copper bridges are included for conventional wiring.
