The JBL Control 25AV is a compact two-way speaker designed for both indoor and outdoor use, delivering smooth and high-fidelity audio from a small form factor. Its deep cabinet and carefully optimized components ensure consistent sound quality across retail stores, restaurants, health clubs, leisure venues, and other professional audio environments.

The speaker features a 130 mm (5.25 in) polypropylene-coated paper woofer with WeatherEdge surround, providing controlled low and midrange frequencies, and a 20 mm (.75 in) titanium-coated PEI horn-loaded tweeter for clear and accurate high frequencies. Its frequency response of 70 Hz – 23 kHz ensures detailed reproduction of music and speech, with a sensitivity of 87 dB SPL and maximum SPL of 113 dB at 1 meter for continuous peak pink noise.

Control 25AV comes with the InvisiBall mounting system for flexible wall installation, with optional U-bracket and ceiling-mount adapters available. The weather-resistant enclosure and transducers meet IP-X4 splashproof standards and exceed MilSpec 810 for humidity, salt spray, temperature, and UV exposure, making it suitable for demanding environments. Its 100° x 100° coverage ensures even sound distribution while reducing the number of units required to cover a space effectively.

The speaker includes SonicGuard overload protection and full-range power limiting to safeguard the transducers and network during extreme conditions. The stainless steel grille is durable and paintable to match the surrounding decor. This compact loudspeaker is ideal for foreground or background music and paging applications, providing high-quality sound without visual intrusion. The speaker is made in China.
