The Sonus Faber Olympica Nova Wall Speaker is part of the prestigious Olympica Nova series, developed to deliver high-quality sound reproduction in a space-saving wall-mounted format. It reflects Sonus Faber’s Italian heritage by combining traditional craftsmanship with modern acoustic innovation, resulting in a natural, detailed, and immersive listening experience suitable for both music and home cinema applications.

The enclosure is constructed using eight layers of carefully shaped and bent plywood, eliminating flat and parallel internal surfaces to reduce standing waves and unwanted resonances. This structural design enhances clarity and precision while maintaining the refined aesthetic language of the Olympica series.

A key feature of the design is the Stealth Ultraflex phason port, made from precision-engineered aluminum, which optimizes airflow and reduces turbulence for cleaner and more controlled bass response. The speaker also uses aluminum plinth elements supported by steel spike systems for improved stability and vibration isolation.

The driver system includes a 28 mm silk dome tweeter with DAD (Damped Apex Dome) technology and a neodymium magnetic system for accurate high-frequency reproduction. The 6-inch mid-woofer uses a cellulose-based cone construction, enhanced with syntactic foam sandwiched between cellulose layers to improve rigidity, reduce distortion, and deliver controlled midrange and bass performance.

The midrange driver technology is derived from Sonus Faber’s Homage Tradition series, utilizing natural fiber-reinforced cellulose materials for smooth and realistic vocal reproduction. The crossover network follows Paracross Topology, which minimizes sensitivity to radio frequency interference and ensures clean signal distribution with improved sonic accuracy.
