DBX 1260MV-EU 12x6 Digital Zone Processor

Description

dbx ZonePRO 1260m Digital Zone Processor

The dbx ZonePRO 1260m is a professional digital signal processor designed to provide advanced audio distribution, flexible signal processing, and centralized control for commercial audio installations. Featuring a fixed 12-input, 6-output architecture, the processor combines pre-configured routing with configurable insert processing, making it suitable for hospitality venues, conference facilities, educational institutions, retail environments, and other installed sound applications. Built around an efficient DSP platform, the ZonePRO 1260m delivers reliable performance while simplifying system design and configuration.

The processor offers six balanced microphone/line inputs, four mono-summed RCA input pairs, and an S/PDIF digital input, allowing seamless integration with professional microphones, consumer audio sources, and digital playback devices. Hardware-controlled microphone gain provides independent adjustment for each microphone channel, while two configurable input insert positions and one configurable output insert position enable application-specific processing where required. Each output includes the patented AutoWarmth® function, which preserves natural low-frequency response as playback levels decrease, ensuring consistent sound quality throughout varying listening conditions.

For expanded system scalability, the integrated Link Bus duplicates the first six audio channels to another compatible ZonePRO processor, allowing additional output zones to be added without complex signal routing. The front panel features an informative LCD display, comprehensive signal metering, and programmable user controls for convenient local operation. The processor also supports optional Zone Controllers, Ethernet and RS-232 communication, third-party control systems, and ZonePRO Designer software with a step-by-step Configuration Wizard for simplified setup, monitoring, and system management. With high-performance digital conversion and extensive commercial audio processing tools, the dbx ZonePRO 1260m provides a complete solution for installed audio systems.
