The Ecler WiLD-SB18 is a self-powered wireless subwoofer designed to extend the low-frequency reach of the Ecler WiLD wireless audio system, adding bass reinforcement to retail spaces, restaurants, and museums already using WiLD-14 speakers for background and foreground audio.

Fitted with an 8-inch driver, the WiLD-SB18 delivers substantial low-frequency output while keeping installation simple, receiving its audio signal wirelessly from a paired WiLD-TX transmitter rather than requiring a dedicated subwoofer cable run from the amplifier rack.

As part of the WiLD wireless network, the WiLD-SB18 pairs to its transmitter using the same rear panel WiLD pair button found across the WiLD product range, and benefits from the same stable 1880-1930MHz DECT transmission band, delivering a recommended maximum range of 150 meters within direct line of sight.

Because it operates wirelessly, the WiLD-SB18 can be positioned wherever additional low-frequency reinforcement is needed within a space, and easily repositioned later if the layout of a store, restaurant, or exhibit changes.
