Bose F1 Subwoofer 230V EU powered bass module
The Bose F1 Subwoofer packs the performance of a much larger bass enclosure into a compact, self-powered design that is easy to carry and fits comfortably in a car. Delivering 1000 watts of amplifier power to two 10 inch high-excursion drivers, it extends the low-frequency capability of an F1 system well beyond what the F1 Model 812 loudspeaker can achieve on its own.
An integrated mounting stand for the Bose F1 Model 812 Flexible Array Loudspeaker is built directly into the body of the subwoofer, so the stand is always with the unit and setup takes only moments. The stand includes internal cable channels that neatly hide the wiring between the sub and loudspeaker, giving the assembled system a clean, professional appearance without visible cables running up the pole.
Two XLR/quarter-inch combo input channels accept line-level signals, while two balanced XLR line outputs allow the signal to be passed on to additional loudspeakers or subwoofers in a larger system. A polarity reverse switch corrects low-frequency overlap between the subwoofer and the main loudspeaker, and a selectable high pass filter can be engaged to protect the F1 Model 812 loudspeaker’s own low end when used together.
Strategically placed handles make the F1 Subwoofer straightforward to transport despite its power output, and this EU-market unit ships configured for 230V mains power. Combined with an F1 Model 812 loudspeaker, the pairing delivers up to 2000 watts of total system power, suitable for bands, mobile DJs, houses of worship and business presentations that need portable full-range sound with real bass extension.
