Its wide-throw optical design features a throw ratio of 0.86 to 1.21:1 for compatible 9,000- to 20,000-lumen WUXGA projectors and 0.83 to 1.17:1 for Epson EB-PQ Series 4K projectors. For projectors up to 8,500 lumens, the lens provides a throw ratio of 1.18 to 1.66:1, offering compatibility across multiple Epson Pro Series models. The motorized zoom mechanism, combined with a 1.0 to 1.4 zoom ratio, enables precise image sizing without repositioning the projector.
The ELPLW08 incorporates extensive lens shift capabilities to simplify installation in challenging environments. Compatible high-lumen projectors support vertical lens shift up to ±60% and horizontal lens shift up to ±18%, while selected projector models offer even greater adjustment ranges.
