The JBL 308P MkII is a next-generation 8″” two-way powered studio monitor designed to provide legendary JBL performance for professional and home studios. Featuring the revolutionary JBL Image Control Waveguide and refined transducers, it delivers stunning detail, accurate imaging, and a broad sweet spot, enhancing mix capabilities across music production, film, post-production, and broadcast environments.

Built using technologies derived from JBL’s 7 Series and M2 Master Reference Monitors, the 308P MkII incorporates a Slip Stream™ low-frequency port for controlled bass response, dual integrated Class-D amplifiers delivering 112 W total output, and flexible Boundary EQ and HF Trim controls to optimize performance for room acoustics or personal preference. The bi-amplified design separates amplification for low- and high-frequency drivers, ensuring clean, precise sound even at high SPLs.

The monitor features an 8″” long-throw woofer and a 1″” woven-composite Neodymium tweeter with fine-tuned ferrofluid damping for faster HF transient response and improved low-frequency linearity. Designed according to JBL Linear Spatial Reference criteria, the 308P MkII provides neutral, accurate reproduction, revealing subtle details in any listening position. Its durable matte black PVC MDF enclosure with ABS baffle construction is compact, stylish, and studio-ready.
