JBL AW566 High Power 15-inch 2-Way All-Weather Loudspeaker Gray Finish
The JBL AW566 is a high-performance, lightweight 2-way full-range loudspeaker designed for both indoor and outdoor installations. Part of JBL’s AE Series, it delivers robust, clear sound with exceptional pattern control and durability.
This loudspeaker is equipped with a 2265H-1 380 mm (15 in) Differential Drive® low-frequency driver featuring dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap for precise bass output. The high-frequency section uses a 2432H 38 mm (1.5 in) exit, 75 mm (3 in) voice-coil compression driver for detailed, intelligible sound.
Its large Progressive Transition™ waveguide provides accurate 60° x 60° coverage and ensures even sound dispersion. The hand-laminated fiberglass enclosure, heavily braced for optimal low-frequency performance, is finished in gray and backed by a robust 14-gauge stainless steel grille with foam and mesh for protection in the harshest conditions.
The AW566 includes a 400 W 70/100V transformer and a heavy-duty U-type mounting bracket for secure and flexible installation on flat surfaces or in 90° corners. It is suitable for sports facilities, themed entertainment venues, outdoor centers, and water parks. Origin of country mexico.
