JBL AW566-LS High Power 15-inch 2-Way All-Weather Loudspeaker Black Finish
The JBL AW566-LS is a high-performance, lightweight 2-way full-range loudspeaker designed for life safety applications. Part of JBL’s AE Series, it combines powerful sound, precise coverage, and durability for both indoor and outdoor installations.
This loudspeaker integrates a 2265H 380 mm (15 in) Differential Drive® low-frequency driver with dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap technology for accurate bass reproduction. The high-frequency section includes a 2432H 38 mm (1.5 in) exit, 75 mm (3 in) voice-coil compression driver, providing clear and intelligible sound.
Its large Progressive Transition™ waveguide delivers precise 60° x 60° coverage, and the rotatable design allows flexible vertical or horizontal installation. The hand-laminated fiberglass enclosure is reinforced for optimal low-frequency performance and finished in black for aesthetic durability. A three-layer 16-gauge stainless steel grille, backed with open cell foam and mesh, ensures protection in harsh environments.
Equipped with a 400 W 70/100V transformer and a heavy-duty U-type mounting bracket, the AW566-LS is ideal for life safety applications in sports facilities, themed entertainment venues, outdoor entertainment centers, and water parks. Origin of country mexico.
