Control 24CT is a compact in-ceiling loudspeaker designed to provide high-quality sound reproduction for background music and music-plus-paging systems. Its efficient and discreet form factor makes it suitable for commercial environments where consistent audio coverage and reliable performance are required.
The loudspeaker features a coaxial design with a 100 mm (4 inch) low-frequency woofer using a butyl rubber surround, combined with a 19 mm (0.75 inch) high-frequency driver. This configuration delivers balanced audio reproduction with low distortion and clear high-frequency detail, supporting both speech intelligibility and music playback.
Control 24CT is optimized for distributed audio systems through an integrated transformer with multiple tap settings. This allows flexible power selection in 70V installations, making it easy to balance sound levels across different zones. The wide 130-degree conical coverage pattern enables fewer speakers to cover a given area, helping reduce system complexity and installation cost without sacrificing performance.
The enclosure includes a formed steel backcan and a fire-rated baffle, supporting plenum-rated installation in air-handling spaces. Its compact size and integrated mounting accessories simplify installation and ensure consistent results across projects. The speaker is packaged with a grille, tile rails, and support hardware to streamline deployment.
