The JBL SRX828SP Dual 18-Inch Powered Subwoofer is a professional-grade, high-performance subwoofer designed for concert touring, DJ setups, and permanent installations. Part of the SRX800 Series, this subwoofer combines legendary JBL transducer technology with Crown DriveCore amplification and full user-configurable DSP to deliver powerful, precise, and reliable low-frequency output.
Equipped with two 18-inch Differential Drive® woofers, the SRX828SP produces a massive 141 dB max SPL and wide frequency response from 35 Hz to 120 Hz, ensuring deep and clean bass across large venues. The onboard 400 MHz SHARC DSP provides 20 parametric EQs, 2 seconds of speaker delay, input mixing, amplifier monitoring, and 50 user presets. Integration with V5 JBL Tunings makes the SRX828SP compatible with flagship Vertec and VTX touring systems.
The SRX828SP’s design is purpose-built for portability and durability. It features ergonomic handles, M10 suspension points, indexed feet for stacking, and compatibility with the optional WK-4S caster kit for easy transport. Its 18 mm Duraflex™ coated plywood enclosure protects the drivers while the powder-coated steel grille with acoustically transparent black cloth ensures safety without compromising audio quality. The subwoofer also supports HiQnet Network control for easy setup and monitoring via Audio Architect, HiQnet Motion Control™ iOS app, or other iOS/Android applications.
