JBL AL7115 high-power low-frequency loudspeaker in black finish is designed to provide impactful and controlled low-frequency performance for demanding sound reinforcement applications. As a member of JBL’s AE Application Engineered Series, it is optimized for use in scalable systems and array configurations alongside compatible mid-high loudspeakers. The system is manufactured in Mexico and built to meet professional installation standards.
The loudspeaker is equipped with a single 380 mm (15-inch) 2265H Differential Drive low-frequency transducer housed in a front-loaded, vented enclosure. This driver technology delivers high sound pressure levels while maintaining clarity and minimizing distortion, even during extended operation. A generously sized vent supports efficient airflow, enhancing bass output and overall system reliability.
Its trapezoidal enclosure is constructed from 16 mm exterior-grade multi-ply Finnish birch plywood, ensuring durability and acoustic integrity. The black finish provides a clean, professional appearance suitable for theaters, auditoriums, clubs, and houses of worship. A powder-coated perforated steel grille with acoustically transparent foam backing protects the internal components while preserving sound quality.
Multiple M10 threaded suspension points are integrated into the cabinet, allowing versatile rigging and mounting options. The AL7115 can be deployed as a standalone low-frequency solution or configured in arrays with AE Series mid-high and compact two-way loudspeakers, supporting a wide range of venue sizes and installation requirements.
