The JBL ASB7128 Ultra Long Excursion High Power Dual 18-inch Subwoofer in black is designed to meet the demands of high-output professional audio systems where deep, controlled bass and long-term reliability are critical. This powerful subwoofer system is equipped with two JBL 2269H 460 mm (18 in) Differential Drive® woofers, each utilizing a 100 mm (4 in) dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap architecture combined with a neodymium magnet structure. This advanced design provides exceptional efficiency, reduced power compression, and accurate low-frequency reproduction even at extreme sound pressure levels.

The integrated Vented Gap Cooling™ technology enhances thermal dissipation, allowing the subwoofer to maintain consistent performance during extended high-power operation. The ultra-rugged composite cone construction supports extreme cone movement, enabling a peak-to-peak excursion capability of up to 89 mm (3.5 in) for powerful and precise bass response.

The front-loaded vented enclosure features a large port area to ensure high acoustic output with minimal distortion. The cabinet is built from 16 mm (5/8 in) exterior-grade 11-ply birch plywood, delivering excellent structural strength and durability. A black DuraFlex™ finish provides a professional appearance and enhanced resistance to wear, while the powder-coated 14-gauge perforated steel grille protects the drivers from impact and environmental damage.

Sixteen M10 threaded suspension points allow flexible installation for both ground-stacked and suspended configurations.
