JBL AW295-LS High Power 12-inch 2-Way All-Weather Loudspeaker with Rotatable Horn Black Finish
The JBL AW295-LS is a high-output 2-way full-range loudspeaker specifically designed for life safety and emergency applications. Part of JBL’s AE Series, it provides exceptional clarity, controlled dispersion, and weather-resistant durability, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations in challenging environments.
This system features the JBL 2262H 300 mm (12 in) Differential Drive® low-frequency driver with a dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap design, delivering high efficiency, extended low-frequency performance, and minimal distortion. High frequencies are reproduced by the JBL 2432H compression driver, equipped with a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and a 75 mm (3 in) voice coil for crisp, intelligible sound.
A large Progressive Transition™ waveguide ensures precise 90° x 50° coverage. The rotatable design allows installation in either vertical or horizontal orientation without affecting performance. The enclosure is crafted from hand-laminated fiberglass with internal bracing and finished in a durable black gelcoat for weather resistance.
The AW295-LS includes a 400 W 70/100V transformer and a U-type mounting bracket, providing easy installation on flat surfaces or corner mounts. Designed for sports facilities, themed entertainment venues, outdoor entertainment centers, and water parks, this speaker is EN 54-24 compliant, meeting stringent life safety standards.
