The JBL Control 447HC, part of the premium Control 400 Series, is a two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed for high-ceiling applications. It features a 6.5-inch woofer and a 25 mm soft-dome tweeter with JBL’s proprietary conical Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI™) technology, delivering focused 85° conical coverage for consistent, clear, and smooth sound over long distances. Engineered for professional installation, the Control 447HC supports 70V/100V multi-tap transformer connections as well as 8-ohm direct input. Its robust design includes redesigned terminal covers for flexible top or side cable entry and a durable captive dogear mechanism suitable for a range of ceiling thicknesses. The included white magnetic grille is paintable, allowing seamless integration into modern architectural designs, and optional black or square grilles offer aesthetic flexibility.
