JBL AC895 is a compact 2-way full-range loudspeaker engineered for professional fixed installation environments where controlled coverage, clarity, and mounting flexibility are essential. As part of JBL’s AE Application Engineered Series, it is designed to deliver consistent sound quality across a wide range of venues including performing spaces, clubs, houses of worship, multimedia areas, retail environments, presentation suites, and educational facilities.

The system integrates a 209 mm (8-inch) low-frequency driver with a 25 mm (1-inch) exit compression driver featuring a 25 mm voice coil. This combination provides balanced low-frequency output, articulate midrange response, and clean high-frequency reproduction. The rotatable PT Progressive Transition waveguide offers a 90° x 50° coverage pattern, allowing precise control of sound dispersion depending on cabinet orientation. High-slope passive crossovers reduce band overlap, contributing to smooth frequency transitions and controlled off-axis response.

The enclosure is constructed from durable 15 mm multi-ply hardwood plywood, designed to withstand long-term installation use. A powder-coated perforated steel grille with acoustically transparent foam backing protects internal components while maintaining acoustic performance. Dual Neutrik NL4 connectors with covered barrier strip terminals ensure secure and reliable signal connections.

Multiple M10 suspension points and rear-threaded inserts support a wide range of mounting options, including optional U-brackets, L-brackets, and wall-mount solutions. With its compact footprint, controlled directivity, and robust construction, the AC895 is well suited for installations requiring precise coverage and dependable performance.
