The Control 14C/T is a high-performance two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker designed for commercial and professional audio environments requiring clarity, coverage consistency, and installation flexibility. It features a 100 mm (4 in) high-output polypropylene cone low-frequency driver with a butyl rubber surround, paired with a 19 mm (0.75 in) soft-dome liquid-cooled tweeter for smooth, extended high-frequency response. The drivers are housed in a vented, paintable black ABS baffle constructed from UV-resistant UL94-V0 and UL94-5VB flame-rated material, ensuring durability and safety compliance in commercial spaces. An integrated formed-steel backcan provides secure installation, improved acoustic control, and full plenum compatibility for air-handling environments.
The Control 14C/T supports both 8Ω low-impedance direct operation and 70V/100V distributed line systems, offering exceptional flexibility for system designers. It delivers 30 W at 8Ω nominal operation and 25 W multi-tap transformer power at 70V/100V, making it suitable for background music, paging, and full-range audio applications.
