Combining advanced electrostatic driver technology with premium materials and ergonomic refinements, the SR-L700 MKII is designed for critical listening and high-end audiophile applications.
The earspeaker incorporates an advanced electrostatic sound element derived from the flagship SR-009 series. It utilizes a hand-selected ultra-thin diaphragm together with precision multi-layer stainless steel electrodes produced using heat diffusion technology. This structure minimizes resonance and distortion while improving transient response and sonic transparency across an ultra-wide frequency range. The balanced tuning delivers deep low-frequency extension, detailed high frequencies, and natural midrange presentation with accurate spatial imaging.
The MKII version introduces detachable silver-coated 6N OFC cables identical in design to those used in the SR-009S, improving signal integrity and long-term usability. The low-capacitance wide-format cable arrangement enhances electrostatic driver efficiency and preserves audio detail during signal transmission. Upgraded aluminium yokes replace previous plastic structures, improving durability, fit stability, and bass performance.
Comfort-focused enhancements include a 10-click adjustable ARC headband system inherited from the SR-009 design, allowing precise positioning for extended listening sessions.
