The Vincent SV-237MKII Class-A Hybrid Integrated Amplifier is the third generation of one of Vincent’s most successful amplifier designs. Featuring a completely revised appearance and upgraded connectivity, the SV-237MKII combines classic hybrid amplification technology with modern functionality, delivering exceptional musical performance for demanding audio enthusiasts.

Designed by Frank Blöhbaum, the amplifier utilizes a unique hybrid circuit that blends the sonic advantages of vacuum tubes with the power and control of solid-state amplification. The preamplifier section incorporates two carefully selected 6N1P NOS tubes alongside a 12AX7 tube, creating a warm, natural, and highly musical sound character. This tube stage enhances vocal clarity, tonal richness, and soundstage depth while maintaining excellent detail retrieval and dynamic accuracy.

The amplifier delivers substantial output power, providing 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms. In addition, the first 10 watts per channel operate in pure Class-A mode, ensuring exceptionally smooth and refined reproduction during critical listening sessions. This combination of Class-A performance and high-current power reserves allows the amplifier to drive a broad range of loudspeakers with authority and precision.

Modern connectivity has been significantly expanded with the inclusion of optical, coaxial, and Bluetooth inputs, allowing seamless integration with digital sources, televisions, smartphones, and streaming devices. Traditional analogue RCA inputs remain available for compatibility with high-quality audio components.

The SV-237MKII also features dedicated preamplifier and recording outputs, multiple speaker terminals, and power control connections for flexible system integration.
