The JBL CBT 200LA-1 White is a 200 cm tall professional line array column loudspeaker engineered for large venues that demand long-throw projection, controlled dispersion, and highly consistent sound coverage. Utilizing Constant Beamwidth Technology™, this system applies advanced analog delay beam-forming and amplitude tapering to achieve stable vertical directivity while eliminating uneven beaming, coverage gaps, and off-axis lobing commonly found in traditional column speaker designs.

Equipped with thirty-two 50 mm (2 in) full-range drivers, the CBT 200LA-1 White delivers high output performance with extended pattern control, maintaining clarity and intelligibility over long distances. The vertical dispersion is switchable between 30° for medium-throw coverage and 15° for long-throw applications. An additional Asymmetrical Progressive-Gradient vertical mode redirects more acoustic energy toward the rear listening areas, ensuring consistent sound levels from front to back, with adjustable gradient control for precise acoustic tuning.

The system is constructed in a two-module configuration, consisting of top and bottom sections coupled together via a precision-engineered coupler plate, forming a unified 2-meter vertical array. Integrated 70V/100V transformers and direct impedance operation provide flexible system integration into both distributed audio networks and conventional amplifier systems.

Housed in a fiberglass-reinforced ABS enclosure with a white painted aluminum grille, the CBT 200LA-1 White is designed to blend seamlessly into modern architectural environments while maintaining long-term structural durability. With IP55 environmental protection when installed with the optional terminal panel cover, it is suitable for indoor and covered outdoor installations. The included swivel (pan)/tilt wall bracket enables accurate aiming, making this system ideal for auditoriums, houses of worship, transport terminals, large conference halls, stadium concourses, and expansive public venues requiring controlled, high-performance audio coverage.
