The PD743i-215 Dual 15-inch 3-Way High Output Full Range Horn-Loaded Speaker is a Precision Directivity™ loudspeaker engineered for professional sound reinforcement applications that demand high output and long throw distances. Each module can deliver more than 104 dB SPL continuously at distances of 50 meters (165 ft), making it suitable for both standalone use and integration into clustered or distributed audio systems.

The speaker features dual 15-inch low-frequency Differential Drive® woofers with dual voice coils and magnetic gaps, providing powerful bass down to 36.5 Hz. Two CMCD-82H 8-inch horn-loaded midrange drivers produce 6 dB higher output than conventional designs, while dual 2432H compression drivers deliver clear high-frequency projection. The IFS™ Interference Free Summation HF module eliminates destructive interference, increasing overall output.

Its 40° x 30° symmetrical coverage pattern allows flexible horizontal or vertical orientation in arrays. Co-axial mid/high-frequency layout ensures efficient arrayability and minimized enclosure size, while pattern control is maintained below 400 Hz. An integrated rigging system simplifies installation and array alignment for touring or permanent setups.

Constructed from 16 mm and 18 mm exterior-grade birch plywood with trapezoidal and rectangular panels, the PD743i-215 is durable and acoustically optimized. Optional WRC/WRX weather-resistant versions allow safe deployment in extreme or outdoor environments, featuring stainless steel hardware and multi-layer grille assemblies.
