The JBL SRX812P 12-Inch Two-Way Powered Speaker is a next-generation self-powered loudspeaker engineered for professional touring, rental, and installed sound systems. Designed as part of the SRX800 Series, the JBL SRX812P 12-Inch Two-Way Powered Speaker integrates premium JBL transducers with proprietary 2000-watt Crown DriveCore amplification for high-output performance and exceptional clarity.
Its 12-inch Differential Drive low-frequency driver and 2432H neodymium compression driver provide extended frequency response, reduced distortion, and controlled 90° x 50° coverage. With a maximum SPL of 136 dB, the system delivers powerful, room-filling sound suitable for live performances, DJ systems, corporate events, and houses of worship.
A comprehensive onboard 400 MHz SHARC DSP engine enables full user control, including 20 parametric EQ filters, up to two seconds of delay, signal generators, input mixing, amplifier monitoring, and storage for 50 user presets. V5 JBL tunings ensure compatibility with Vertec and VTX touring systems. Configuration is simplified via the integrated LCD screen and glow-in-the-dark rear panel labeling for low-light environments.
HiQnet network control allows system configuration and monitoring through Audio Architect and compatible iOS and Android applications. The rugged 18 mm Finnish birch plywood enclosure with DuraFlex finish ensures durability, while M10 suspension points and dual 36 mm pole sockets provide flexible mounting options.
