The JBL SRX812 12-Inch Two-Way Passive Speaker is engineered as a versatile full-range loudspeaker suitable for portable PA systems and permanent installations. Designed for use as a main PA, stage monitor, or side and rear fill, the JBL SRX812 12-Inch Two-Way Passive Speaker provides reliable performance for musicians, DJs, rental companies, houses of worship, corporate venues, and educational facilities.
Built around a 12-inch woofer and high-performance compression driver, the system delivers strong low-frequency extension and clear high-frequency reproduction. With a peak power handling of 3200 watts and maximum SPL reaching 129 dB, it is capable of high-output sound reinforcement in demanding environments. The 90° x 50° coverage pattern ensures controlled and consistent dispersion across audience areas.
The enclosure is constructed from 18 mm plywood with a durable Obsidian Duraflex finish for long-term reliability. Ergonomically positioned handles support comfortable transport, while indexed feet allow both floor-standing and monitor configurations. Dual 36 mm pole sockets and twelve M10 suspension points provide flexible mounting options for flown or ground-stacked setups.
Incorporating JBL Differential Drive technology, the ferrite woofer design reduces weight while maintaining high power handling and low distortion. The 2432H high-frequency compression driver delivers detailed, articulate sound. Tunings and presets are available for compatible Crown amplifiers and dbx signal processors, ensuring optimized system integration.
