The Allen & Heath dLive S5000 Control Surface is a flagship digital mixing console engineered to provide advanced workflow flexibility, intuitive operation, and exceptional reliability for professional touring, broadcast, theater, and live production environments. Designed as part of the dLive ecosystem, the S5000 combines powerful hardware controls with an innovative touchscreen interface to unlock the full potential of digital mixing.

At the center of the console are dual 12-inch touchscreens powered by the Harmony user interface. Supporting familiar pinch, swipe, drag, and drop gestures, the system enables fast navigation and efficient access to channels, processing, routing, scenes, metering, and effects. A dedicated multimode EQ view simplifies sound shaping, while configurable widget areas provide instant access to commonly used controls and operational functions.

The S5000 offers extensive tactile control through 28 channel faders operating across six layers, complemented by three pages of six assignable rotary controllers. Assignable inputs, virtual scribble strips, and 26 customizable SoftKeys allow engineers to build personalized workflows that match their specific production requirements. Every input and mix can be assigned to any bank or layer, while color-coded labeling improves visibility and operational speed during live performances.

When integrated with dLive MixRacks and expansion devices, the S5000 becomes part of a highly scalable audio platform capable of supporting up to 848 x 848 inputs and outputs at 96kHz. The system supports Dante, Waves SG, ACE, MADI, DX32 expanders, and ME personal monitoring solutions.
