The Allen & Heath dLive S3000 Digital Mixing Surface is a compact yet powerful member of the dLive S Class series, designed for professional touring, broadcast, theater, and live production environments. At the heart of the console is a 12-inch capacitive touchscreen powered by Allen & Heath’s Harmony UI. The interface supports intuitive gesture-based operation, including swipe, drag, and touch controls, allowing rapid access to channels, processing, metering, scenes, and routing functions. The streamlined workflow is enhanced by customizable layouts, assignable SoftKeys, and dedicated rotary encoders that provide immediate access to critical mixing parameters.

The S3000 features 20 motorized faders operating across six layers, offering control of up to 120 assignable strips. Local connectivity includes eight XLR microphone/line inputs, eight XLR line outputs, and AES3 digital I/O for versatile integration with professional audio systems. Three pages of assignable rotary encoders further improve operational flexibility, allowing engineers to customize control assignments according to production requirements.

For large-scale applications, the S3000 incorporates dual redundant GigaACE links for secure MixRack connectivity, dual DX expansion links, and two high-capacity 128-channel I/O ports operating at 96kHz. Additional professional features include word clock synchronization, external VGA output support, multi-surface operation capabilities, and optional redundant hot-swappable power supply functionality.
