Dynacord CMS 1600-3 16-Channel Mixing System
The Dynacord CMS 1600-3 is a sixteen-channel compact mixing system designed for professional live sound, production, and installation applications requiring extensive input capacity. Its twelve mono and four stereo channels provide flexible source handling, while the integrated architecture combines mixing, digital effects, graphic equalization, USB audio, MIDI connectivity, and monitoring functions in one console. This approach helps reduce external equipment while maintaining the control required for demanding audio systems.
The two independent 24/48-bit stereo effects processors provide 100 factory presets and 20 user memories, with editable parameters and TAP synchronization for delay effects. An 11-band stereo graphic equalizer can be assigned to master or monitor channels. Two pre, two post, and two switchable pre/post auxiliary paths provide flexible routing for monitor, effects, and additional system feeds. Grouped 48 V phantom power supports compatible condenser microphones.
The built-in four-in/four-out USB audio interface supports 24-bit operation at 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96 kHz, allowing computer recording and playback. MIDI In/Out expands compatibility with suitable instruments and control devices. The high-contrast OLED display provides access to processing functions, while the universal 100–240 V AC supply supports broad installation requirements. With its larger channel count, integrated effects, digital interface, and flexible routing, the CMS 1600-3 is suitable for bands, touring systems, venues, corporate events, houses of worship, and professional fixed installations.
