Audinate Dante AVIO 2×2 USB-C I/O Adapter
The Audinate Dante AVIO 2×2 USB-C I/O Adapter provides a direct connection between USB-C computers or compatible mobile devices and Dante audio networks. Its two-input, two-output architecture supports simultaneous bidirectional audio, making it suitable for recording, playback, conferencing, streaming, presentation systems, and digital audio workflows that require network audio access through a modern USB-C interface.
The USB connection is class compliant, so compatible host devices can use the adapter without proprietary audio drivers. Audio is handled at 48 kHz with 24-bit resolution, providing a practical digital format for professional computer-based applications. Two-channel input and output allow network audio to be recorded or monitored while local computer playback can be routed into the Dante environment.
An RJ45 port provides Dante network connectivity, while the adapter can receive power from Class 1 802.3af Power over Ethernet or USB. Dante Audio over IP and AES67 RTP transport formats are supported, extending the adapter's compatibility with networked audio systems. Dante device latency can be configured to 1, 2, or 5 ms through Dante Controller.
The compact interface is useful where a USB-C host must be integrated into an existing Dante infrastructure without a dedicated network audio card. It can support meeting rooms, classrooms, hospitality spaces, live production, broadcast workflows, and temporary systems.
