The Bose ControlCenter CC-3 zone controller is a passive, end-user interface designed to work with Bose FreeSpace amplifiers, PowerShare amplifiers, and ControlSpace processors. It gives building occupants simple, reliable local control over background music or paging zones without requiring access to the central rack equipment.

At its core, the CC-3 uses a linear potentiometer with a large volume knob, making adjustment intuitive for non-technical users in retail, hospitality, and office environments. The CC-3 expands source selection further with an A/B/C/D switch, giving zones with several possible program sources full local control in one wall plate.

Wiring is handled over standard Cat-5 cable, and the controller can be daisy-chained through its two RJ-45 connectors, simplifying installation in multi-zone buildings where several controllers share a common run back to the amplifier or processor rack.

This particular unit is the white, 230V European version of the CC-3, supplied as a finished 86 x 86 mm wall plate rather than requiring a separate cover, and it ships with a sheet of pre-printed labels plus two blanks for custom labelling to match the zone it controls.
