Ecler VEO-XTI2L 4K over IP video extender transmitter
The Ecler VEO-XTI2L is a low latency 4K HDMI extender transmitter that distributes video over standard IP network infrastructure rather than dedicated point-to-point cabling, making it a scalable option for installations that already have a structured Ethernet network in place. Used together with the matching VEO-XRI2L receiver, it delivers a transmission distance of up to 120 metres over Cat 5e/6 cable, extendable to 2 kilometres using an optional fibre optic connection.
Designed for applications that require genuinely low latency video extension, such as real-time monitoring or KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) setups, the VEO-XTI2L supports both use cases without the visible delay that can affect compressed streaming solutions. An intuitive front panel with LED display lets installers select the stream channel straight out of the box, without needing to connect a computer for initial configuration.
Power flexibility is built in, with the transmitter supporting both PoE and the included external power supply, simplifying installation in racks or ceiling spaces where local power may not be convenient. Advanced settings and control are available through a web browser interface, dedicated PC tools, and third-party control protocol support, including RS-232 pass-through and Telnet control that is compatible with EclerNet Manager and other third-party remote control systems.
The VEO-XTI2L also supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio formats, preserving high-fidelity audio alongside the extended video signal. Combined with IR remote and front panel Group ID channel control, it gives integrators a flexible, network-based transmitter for corporate, education and large venue installations needing distributed 4K video over IP.
