Ecler VEO-XCTRL4D 4K video over IP controller module
The Ecler VEO-XCTRL4D is a controller module designed to manage and operate VEO-XTI4D transmitters and VEO-XRI4D receivers within complex multipoint-to-multipoint AV over IP systems. As the number of transmitters and receivers in an installation grows, the VEO-XCTRL4D provides the centralised management layer needed to configure and monitor the whole system efficiently from one place.
Dual dedicated LAN ports support independent Control and Video networks, ensuring seamless integration across diverse network setups and preventing control traffic from competing with video bandwidth. This separation is particularly valuable in larger installations where reliability and predictable performance are essential.
A user-friendly web interface includes a setup wizard, matrix control, smart video wall creation, drag-and-drop source selection and video preview, alongside TCP and RS-232 control commands for integration with third-party control systems. Auto, DHCP and Manual IP address assignment modes give installers flexibility in how devices join the network.
PoE functionality simplifies powering the controller itself, and compatibility with the VOIP Manager App extends control to Android devices, letting operators manage the system from a tablet or smartphone within the installation. Together, these features make the VEO-XCTRL4D an advanced management tool suited to a wide range of AV over IP installations built on the VEO-4D system.
