The Ecler VEO-XPS47 is an HDMI extender kit supporting 18Gbps bandwidth, enabling 4K signals at 50Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling to be extended up to 70 metres with zero latency over a single Cat 5e or higher cable. At 4K/60Hz, extension distance is up to 30 metres, giving installers a choice between maximum reach and maximum frame rate depending on the application’s priorities.

Stereo unbalanced audio extraction is available via Euroblock connectors on both the transmitter and receiver, letting sound be routed to a separate amplifier or sound system independently of the video path. The kit also supports HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG high dynamic range formats, along with LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master audio formats, preserving premium picture and sound quality across the extension.

EDID management and IR signal pass-through round out the feature set, ensuring reliable handshakes with connected displays and allowing remote control signals to travel through the extension link alongside the video signal. Bidirectional PoC (Power over Cable) support means only one power supply is required for the whole kit.

This combination of features makes the VEO-XPS47 a simple and cost-effective solution for professional 4K extension applications where full frame rate at extended distance, along with audio de-embedding, is required, such as classrooms, boardrooms and retail video displays.
