RCF PL 68EN 6-Inch Ceiling Speaker with Fire Dome

RCF PL 68EN 6-Inch Ceiling Speaker with Fire Dome

The RCF PL 68EN is a six-inch recessed ceiling loudspeaker with a steel fire dome. The fullrange design, ceramic connection terminals and thermal fuse are intended for voice alarm installations requiring intelligible announcements.

The specified frequency response is 230 Hz – 20000 Hz. Rated power handling is 6 W. Maximum sound pressure level at one metre is 102 dB. These characteristics define how the component fits into the supported audio arrangement and provide the starting point for selecting the associated equipment and operating settings.

The physical specification lists depth 91 mm, diameter 220 mm, weight 1.12 kg. The enclosure material is Metal. The specified finish is White – RAL 9003. The product’s physical format should be considered alongside the installation position, the surrounding equipment and the space required to reach its connection points.

Speaker placement should be planned around the listening area and the type of coverage required. Mounting position, distance from listeners and the surrounding room layout all affect the complete installation. The loudspeaker’s specified connection method and load should be matched to the selected amplification system before the final layout is established.

For a distributed sound installation, consider the speaker position and cable route together. The chosen operating settings should remain consistent with the amplifier and the connected speaker line. Keep the relevant connection points accessible during assembly, and use the model-specific mounting instructions to establish the final orientation and physical attachment arrangement. The final arrangement should follow the documented product configuration and remain matched to the intended system components.
