The Bose ArenaMatch Utility AMU105 is an ultra-compact outdoor loudspeaker built for applications that require excellent audio from an unobtrusive enclosure. It provides wide, even coverage with a 100 degree by 100 degree constant-directivity high-frequency horn, a 100Hz to 16kHz frequency response and 118dB peak SPL, supported by a Bose LF5 5.25 inch woofer for the lowest vocal ranges the compact cabinet can reach.
Built for zone-fill coverage or high-SPL foreground music, the AMU105 shares tonal balance with Bose ArenaMatch array modules despite its compact, standalone format, using the same EMB2S compression driver found throughout the ArenaMatch family for consistent sound across an entire distributed system. This makes the AMU105 a natural fit for extending or filling in coverage gaps in a larger ArenaMatch-based installation.
An IP55 weather rating, three-layer stainless steel grille, water-resistant woofer, industrial polyurethane exterior coating and molded input panel cover protect the AMU105 from rain, dust and general outdoor exposure. A weather-sealed internal 70/100V transformer with tap setting switch and 8 ohm bypass gives installers flexibility between distributed line and low impedance operation.
A stainless-steel U-bracket with rear-enclosure M8 threaded inserts accepts third-party accessory mounting hardware, including a surface-mount pan-and-tilt bracket, single-point suspension bracket, or external pole adapter. Finished in black, the AMU105 suits bars, restaurants, fitness centres, resorts, and outdoor shopping centres that need discreet, weatherproof coverage without a bulky enclosure.
